When I go to the first P/N provided above (L15534-001) on HP's site, users there have questioned whether it can be used for their particular model? They are being told to go the HP's Support. It seems that after-the-sale support is non-existent with a virtual (assistant) AI Database with a cute Human Name substituting for HP's answer to support questions such as mine? Obviously for specific product number requests such as mine, a database is NO more than a ***bleep***!! Thanks HP for great after-the-purchase support HP!! Lastly, do Humans actually Technically Support HP Products? If so, I was wanting to ask the above questions via a chat. Does anyone specifically know the safety and efficacy of plugging a charger into a USB-C port when the laptop specifically has a barrel input for that purpose?Īdditionally, does anyone know the size of the barrel input for the Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC16-f0000? Additionally, does HP sell/provide an adapter with a USB-C female input and the appropriate barrel size for this Laptop? Thus the ordered charger can't be plugged in UNLESS its USB-C male plug can safely be plugged into the 16" Spectre x360 f0000 USB-C female inputs and it will charge the X360 just like the barrel input does? I can't locate how to ask this sort of question to HP support. The malfunctioning/returned 15" X360 had a USB-C female input. 15" X360 and then 2-more months expired waiting for the replacement 16", the charger is useless because it can't be plugged in and it is well-beyond its 30-day return window! After a couple months expired waiting for the 1st. The HP Sales associate advised that the charger would work with the new/replacement 16" x360. A travel charger was originally ordered with the 15" ( ). A 16" Spectre x360 f0000 was ordered in its place. It had to be returned within days of its arrival, because of a malfunctioning OLED screen.
